NetJets interview questions

I recently applied online for a position at NetJets. Shortly after, I received an email inviting me to schedule a time for a phone interview. I was excited about the opportunity and promptly set up a time. However, when the interview day arrived, I was left waiting with no communication. I followed up via email to confirm the scheduled time, but I received no reply. This wasn't an isolated incident—this has happened multiple times with Netjets. It's incredibly disappointing and unprofessional to ghost candidates who invest time and effort in the application process.

After 4 rounds of interviews, that started with an HR screening followed by SOM, DOC interviews, I was invited to visit the offices in person, as a last step. Having left there with even a goodies bag, I was called 5 days later to be given the generic "other candidate" rejection, leaving me completely confused. The manager from the office did not even reply to my email after having thanked her and expressing my interest in the role. Made me rethink my approach and question if there even was a job opening.
