The first point was the test by internet. The test consists 7 exercises. The second one was the interview. I was asked for my experiences and knowledges. I got 4 knowledge exercises.

I got contacted through linkedIn by HR of netsuits. We talked over the phone and I visited netsuite office afterwards for general discussion about job, position and interview process. Then an one hour quiz test was assigned to me. After that there was another javascript task I had to do with a time limit of couple of days. Afterwards I was called to Netsuite office for three consecutive interviews, all with three different persons.
