I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NetSuite in Nov 2013
Interview
I initially inverviewed with NetSuite earlier this year, but the timing did not work out. In my most recent interview I had a 1.5 hour lunch with the hiring manager, in which we reconnected from our previous discussion. I had already been interviewing with a number of other companies so the hiring manager just cut right to the chase and said they would like to make me an offer, based on the previous interviews and conversations that we had.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why do you want to leave your current role to sell to small companies and start ups?
There were four rounds.
1. Recruiter phone screen
2. Hiring manager phone screen
3. Hiring manager interview
4. Sales roleplay interview
Each of the following steps were quite straightforward but the sales roleplay interview was a bit challenging. It was good to meet the team and understand their requirements for this role.

Question 1
How would you go about building a territory plan and finding the right accounts to prospect into?
Internal BDR promotion. You need to have data to point to and stories to tell. Difficult to make it to promotion, but most get promoted by the end. Find a manager with a management style you like and try to get on their team
Relaxed interview process that was just as much about NetSuite as it was about you. Very prompt on follow up and clear on next steps. Also very transparent about the entire process.
