I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NetSuite
Interview
Communication was very thorough. The recruiter was also very accommodating especially for my schedule which is on the night shift. Interview process was fast compared to other companies. They also make it a point to follow-up with you as soon as they can. Deadlines were also easily met.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NetSuite (Makati City) in Jan 2015
Interview
I got a text message scheduling me for an interview. I was not available at the initial schedule but the HR representative was nice enough to accommodate my schedule.
The initial interview was as any other first interviews with other companies, basic information on your background and work history. I was also given a lengthy exam on the same day. The first exam was a series of aptitude tests and the next one was the technical exam.
The 2nd interview was with a senior member of the team and the team leader. We went into more details on how I am a good fit for the job and how my experiences can contribute to the position.
The final interview was with the hiring manager. It was very concise and efficient. He asked relevant and fair questions.
This is probably one of the best recruitment processes here in the Philippines. The updates are very often and timely. They are also very transparent regarding the status of your application. The HR representative also went the extra mile by giving me updates during the weekend.
