The recruitment process took more than 2 weeks. The interviewers and staff were all friendly and accomodating. There was an interview made to assess technical skills. It was very challenging. The recruitment officer provided timely updates after each interview. Overall it was a good experience.

All interviewers are accommodating to all queries and are very much professional (everyone started the interview on time). The interval between two interviews was reasonable enough for the candidate to prepare for the next one. The technical assessment involved a lot of situational questions, as opposed to what we are used to answering in college. The whole process was quite lengthy considering that there were a total of three interviews (should have been five but only three were assigned to me) and one technical exam. The application form itself was lengthy as well considering that four essay questions were included in it. The offer discussion was convenient enough on the part of the candidate since it was done over the phone and through e-mail.
