Interview
Very straight forward process. Long but updated very frequently. Over the phone and very direct straight to the point. Your resume should speak about you while you should elaborate on your experience and how it relates to the new role. Be honest and never lie on your resume as this is strongly an ethical issue.
The interview process had three stages. First, there was a phone screening with an analyst just to see if there was a fit. Then, there was a video interview with HR, which included very typical behavioural questions. The last step was a final round Superday where there were multiple group activities and two short individual interviews.

Submitted my CV thru a friend, then phone interviewed by HR the next day. I was then Scheduled for a series of interview with 2 Team Leads and 1 Practice Manager.
Second Week:
Scheduled for an interview with another Practice Manager then endorsed to the Director.

Interview
The interview process was challenging. I had to be interviewed by recruiter, colleagues, team leads, managers and director. But the vibe was not intimidating. They made sure that applicants were comfortable so as to avoid nervousness.
