Interview
The interview process was very detailed but at the same time very informative for me. It gave me a glimpse of the values NetSuite instill in their employees and the values they're looking for in new hires like myself. I really appreciate that although the panel interview was long, they did not make me wait. They were very prompt. Starting at the time they mentioned and circling back to me with feedback in the timeframe they mentioned as well.

The interview process had three stages. First, there was a phone screening with an analyst just to see if there was a fit. Then, there was a video interview with HR, which included very typical behavioural questions. The last step was a final round Superday where there were multiple group activities and two short individual interviews.
