3 stages: 1. Interview with HR rep: they'll ask a little about yourself, interest in the company and role 2. Interview with a seasoned consultant: they'll provide some scenario questions, ask about your skills. VERY IMPORTANT that you state that you have an aptitude for learning, developing relationships (with team and clients), and give back/support others 3. Superday (8 rounds of interviews/activities)

Depending on the process. You will get several rounds of interview. The first round will be the recruiter, second is the enablement lead, third will be your manager in the consulting practice.
