Interview
First, the interviewer gets to know you and learn about the past experience. Then finds out what you like and why you want to work at NetCracker. Then one question for checking the English language. Then comes a nice discussion during which HR finds your human qualities.
After that, you are invited to a technical interview, where they set logical tasks and check the skills indicated in the resume.
All interviews are easy and positive.

It was a selection interview for testing courses, it went well, there were questions about my grades at the university, work experience, level of English and motivation for receiving an offer for the courses. The interviewer was polite, didn’t interrupt, and helped me formulate my thoughts when I wasn’t doing well.
