Mine started off rather well. Timely scheduling & follow ups, multiple round of interviews with various HODs. Feedback given at each phase about how I was progressing. I was impressed with their culture. I was clearly told by HR folks at Netcracker that I am being considered and so was called in for a final interview to Hyderabad, at my expense (to be reimbursed later within a month).
The in-person interview was engaging, educative and went rather well. Discussions around what the organisation needs, expectations from person handling the role, and how the work culture is positive. I was told I'd be informed within a week. And I did take their word for it.
I am still waiting for an official update on that interview - about 2.5 months later - though not waiting on the job :) We all know what ghosting candidates is these days. Disappointed at how the internal culture turned out. Follow ups to same folks who reached out to me earlier was returned with silence. Professionalism totally questionable.
**Reimbursement was a harrowing process. Promised the amount would be reimbursed in one month. After persistent follow ups, got it only in 2.5 months.
