We seek to be very conscious of time zone differences, especially during our interview processes where candidates and interviewers are in drastically different time zones. Part of my personal hiring approach is to conduct as many first interviews as possible with candidates, which meant that many meetings, including yours, had to be coordinated in very early morning hours my local time. My hope was that this approach would give greater value and immediate role alignment for potential candidates, but I recognize that this did not happen in our interaction, and I wanted to apologize to you again here, as I did at the time during the call.
