This was 2 interviews. One with a technical recruiter, and a week later, one with a manager. Questions were asked regarding my previous work experience, why i wanted to leave my current employer, my knowledge on industry rules, my ideal work environment, etc
I was told that a decision would be made most likely within a week. We are now on week 3, and i haven't received either an offer or a rejection. I tried sending a couple of follow up emails and never received a response. I did however noticed the job is no longer posted
The people I interviewed with seemed respectable and decent, and was looking forward to a potential opportunity with Netradyne, Maybe not being notified is an HR issue ? I did notice some other comments on glassdoor and reddit that there have been multiple HR changes recently. Perhaps that has something to do with it, or might be part of a larger issue.
It's probably not the most productive way to handle prospective employees, especially as a startup company.
