Phone Interview with an HR representative, Phone Interview with the hiring manager and then a 3rd interview in person with the hiring manager. The HR rep provided a great description of the company and then asked about key skills, especially technical skills. At the end of our call, he said he would recommend me to the hiring manager for the next round. For my phone interview with the hiring manager asked many questions about my MBA experience and finanical knowledge. Immediately after my phone interview with the hiring manager, the HR rep contacted me to schedule an in-person interview. For the in-person interview, I met with the hiring manager who asked the same questions we had discussed on the phone. Then we went into more details and examples of my experiences. At the end of the final interview, the hiring manager said he would need to review the salary band, as I was above it. He would make a decison in 2-3 weeks. I contacted the HR rep at the 3 week mark, who told me he would follow up the following week. I never heard from him again. They did not have the respect or courtesy to tell a candidate who went through 3 rounds of interviews (one which was onsite), the status of their decision.
