I submitted my resume and received a call the same day to schedule an interview on the same week. There was some correspondence with the HR rep a background check and a phone call to discuss salary. A job offer was then formally submitted. The HR process was quick and you interview with peers and your direct manager. If you adept in your technical skill and personal skills it is an easy process.

Interview
The entire process I believe took a month. I applied for this position, but was originally beat by another candidate. They had the same position coming available but need to be pushed through which is why I had to wait.
I met with the recruiter who gave me all the basic HR questions like tell me about your experience, salary expectations, ect.
They followed up with the hiring managers who then decided to interview me.
The "Tech" interview was just asking about experience, current job responibilities, and testing what I know about certain technologies. I would always add more details than needed to really show I know what I am talking about like with SQL, Bash, and Containerization Principles. My questions were also kind of structured to show I know the technologies like I dug deeper into what their current architecture looked like.
I got a verbal offer about a week after and the actual offer a few more weeks later after they got everything worked out with the new position. I feel a little baited and switched since the new position was a diffrent schedule than I applied for, but responibilities and salary didn't change.
