HR was very friendly and made me excited for the next round - he assured me I was well qualified. However, after a quick minute of small talk, the hiring manager rambled for about 20 minutes about how difficult this job is, how there are so many moving parts, etc… FYI, I mentioned many times that I’m up for and welcomed the challenge. Her rambling led to us not discussing my qualifications nor did she give me much of a chance to actually interview - it felt like a complete waste of time, as she only asked me one question. Her negative attitude and unwillingness to smile completely persuaded me that there is no way I could work for Netsmart as her subordinate. Not to my surprise, they didn’t offer me the job, but I would’ve denied a third interview regardless.
