I had a scheduled interview call. On the day of the interview, I did nit receive a call, but instead, an email saying the recruiter had an urgent meeting. I completely understood and gave them multiple times that worked for me. I never received a generated email telling me i was not chosen for the position the following week, with still no response from the recruiter.

Interview
I was approached by a recruiter about an sales opportunity within Netsmart becauseI had some experience within the same industry with a competitor of Netsmart. He set up a phone interview with their "sales director" Some guy based out of Alabama. He asked very basic questions but came across as VERY RUDE. I knew within two minutes of the interview that I couldn't work for this guy. We ended the interview and politely told the recruiter that I wasn't interested.
