Applied for the position through my university campus career service. It took a little over a month for the respond back about the position in which they asked couple of behavioral questions online. This seemed odd since they could’ve put those questions when I first applied. Within a week or 2 I did an in-person interview in which they gave me problem solving questions which I didn’t expect and prepare for. I understand that I did terrible on those simple questions however they could’ve told me in advance about the assessment just like any other company would. Unfortunate that I didn’t get a chance to prove myself by demonstrating my programming skills and describing my past/current programming projects.
