First round interview - 20 minutes over the phone. Simple behavioral questions. The interviewer was very approachable. No unexpected questions. Mostly just asking about my experiences. Then 2 hour assessment which was the furthest I got.

Mainly behavioural but being updated on news is a plus. Three round interviews where first is the normal screening questions with the recruiter followed by a round with the analysts followed by a final round with the head of group.
