Applied online and got telephone Interview. I recommend only applying if you really know how to program is really good at statistics. The telephone interview was really hard as it was very technical and they did not give me any heads up on what to prepare myself for.

Questions on Monty Hall problem that I haven't come across before - asked with 3 doors, and then with 5 doors
Asked me specific questions on VBA, that I did a year ago, but he wanted my full process of how I would do certain things, and basically wanted me to spell out the code.
