I applied via LinkedIn and I was connected by a recruiter from NB. The interview was at the NB office in NYC, the first round interview was about 2 hr 40 min with 4 interviewers. The second round interview came about 3 days later which was a phone interview with 2 interviews which lasted for about a 1hr. I had a good experience interviewing the employees, all nice people, however, the communication between a potential applicant and the employer need to be more fluid in nature. I was left in the dark for about 2 weeks until I reached back out only to learn the result.
