While interviews with APAC interviewer in 4 rounds were done under a mutual respect atmosphere, the evening one with their US head CJ was been disrespectful and discreminated , he didn’t look at interviewee, distracted by other work and screen, disrupted interviewee while he was not listening in. The interviewee accommodate a few more interviews in person after the one with CJ even under leg hurting status but still been rejected in the end simply because the round with CJ was not good which actually was CJ’s issues.

Behavioral interview followed by technical interview. It was a standard interview process where you meet the team and you will be tested on excel. I got past the behavioral before another candidate was selected.

Theres a 1.5 hour interview with 3 team members from different departments. They ask a lot of Qs about your resume and experience and how it would translate to the role.
