Decent experience, interviewed remotely for the role and the interviewer seemed like the ex-Lehman type who thought they were better than you and their colleagues. Was immediately berated because I did not go to an Ivy or top 25 B school. Questions were rapid fire and it seemed at times the interviewer didn’t even care to listen to your answer. In the end he said regardless of their decision they would reach back out with feedback because “we spend this time together and feedback is very important.” It has been three weeks since my interview and I have not heard a single word back, so much for “culture of feedback and improvement”
