Neudesic Cloud Infrastructure Engineer I interview questions

There are multiple rounds of interviews. The first round of interview was fine and I had no complaints. The second round was with this guy from a higher management. He kept asking irrelevant questions and bad mouthing my current employer. There was also a "gap" mentioned in my skillset, only because they wanted to negotiate to a lower payscale. The HR recruiter is a lady who is so disconnected from reality. She makes up stories and expects you to agree to their low payscale. Oh and by the way, the guy who couldn't stop talking bad about my employer had worked with them for 15 years!
