Neudesic Delivery Director interview questions

I never post here, but felt compelled to post this, to help others….beware. Quick, three interview process over course of a week, up to VP level. All went well, and a verbal offer was extended. I was sent a benefits package details. I countered with slight increase (5-10%). HR went silent for almost a week, ducking calls and my email follow up. Finally spoke with them and they said they were cancelling the offer. No explanations. I’ve never had this happen, but I see several posts for this company where it has happened to others. I’m not sure what a company would gain from this practice, but it is astonishing. There were other offers I had, and I almost rejected them, and this company’s tactics could have cost me. As an IT leader in LA/OC area, going forward, I will actively campaign to avoid this company as a partner in all that I do.
