I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Neudesic (Denver, CO) in Jul 2011
Interview
I was referred to Neudesic via a head hunter. I live a ways from the office so the first thing I liked was that they were flexible in regards to my travel times. They asked me to drive up for one days worth of interviews. I met with the practice director for the region who was very open and honest with me while still asking the right questions to get a feel for my technical expertise. The interview felt relaxed and laid back, but at the same time it was very professional and thorough. I then met with the managing director for the office and we talked about where I wanted to be and how I wanted to get there. The conversation you would normally have with a managerial type. He was also fairly laid back and very friendly. I knew that day that I would accept their offer when/if it came. I did negotiate a little, but their offer wasn't far from what I wanted. Neither of the interviewers asked me the standard "what would you do in this situation" questions. My feeling is they could gather the same information through normal conversation.

Technical Azure questions, we also talked about my experience and I went in with a page worth of questions to ask them.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Neudesic (Bengaluru) in Jul 2014
Interview
I was contacted directly by Neudesic HR for this position, The communication was very cordial. Since my salary was a bit higher than the market standards, i updated them upfront about the same and told them that I would only appear for the interview if they could give a hike on this. The HR informed me that salary is not a concern for them and it was ok for them to give a hike on my existing salary.
There were two rounds of face to face interview & one over the skype. Questions were pretty good and the panel was cordial as well.
I was placed an offer pretty quick. actually within 2 days after i cleared my rounds. However the offer they placed was slightly less than what i was getting. When i asked them that i have already updated my salary before the interview and why did they agree to give me a hike then, they came with a very blunt answer that what they offered was the maximum for the position they could.
Not sure why they agreed before,
