The interview process seemed fast. Phone screen, phone interview with a counterpart, and then in person. Pretty standard process and questions. Everyone was very nice at the company felt very comfortable and that things went well. However, the main con is that they don't even have the decency to call you and tell you that you did not get the position. That is the rudest thing a company can do to a potential candidate. They took time to interview take the 2 min it takes to call them.
