Had over-the-phone interviews with the technical VP and HR manager. I was asked mostly technical questions related to Azure architecture and development, with a few behavioral Q's around work management and conflict handling. Overall, nothing too difficult. Was offered the role, but presented very late into the offer with an aggressive non-compete contract that would have limited my ability to find work for years after separation. Hard pass.
