Interview
Recruitment team has called me and discyssed about the opening they have in App Innovation department for the .Net skill. They have informed me that they never asked current CTC as per there policy but they just asked me my round of expected CTC. After that they have arranged below interviews which I have cleared all.
1) Coding Test
2) Technical Interview 1
3) Technical Interview 2
4) Project Manager Round
After completion of all interviews, I was awaiting call from recruitment team and few days later I was informed they they can offer the same CTC which I have with my current organization. This was quite shocking and disappointing statement from recruter. I was quite shocked as from both sides we spent Time on interviews and put efforts. I can understand if they reject me in between any interview round.
I believed that instead of not asking current CTC before interview process, they should clear such points to the management about there budget in releavnt openings.
The interview covered technical topics and system design experience in detail. They asked comprehensive and elaborate questions on all aspects.

Good Discusiion with techinicals on .Net, also providing real time feedback where i need improve
Coding round basic problem statment and buiding web api application for it. overall it is postive on and enjoyed the interview process.

Interview
It is a for Java Full Stack Developer position. When the initial call happened with HR, I had told my current CTC and Expected CTC. They initially told there will be a total of 3 technical(1st is coding) and 1 managerial. After completion of three rounds, they said that they have evaluated me on only Java, they want to have an another round to evaluate on Front end technologies. I said okay and had 4th too and then manager round also. After completion of all 5 rounds, HR said that they don't have that budget which they should have told me at the beginning itself not after clearing all 5 rounds. I have read many interview experiences similar to this on Glassdoor, but still I have given a go at it which I regret it now. Never ever go for this type of companies.
