Typical process: initial phone screen with the recruiter, followed by in-depth interviews with peers, then hiring manager, and finally skip manager. Interviews went well -- from both perspectives -- and we were working on finding an assignment for me when the recruiter sent me some off-the-wall texts about how I was showing no interest and ghosting him (none of which was true -- I WAS very interested and engaged -- the proof is in the emails). In the end, I had to decline because I couldn't get past the unprofessionalism of the recruiter.
