First round: Technical Project Management round - They will ask about basic :Project Management Methodologies, process, risk management, Realtime scenarios based questions. Second Round: Technical development team - In this they would have like how do you manage the developers who are part of Project team, their metrics, their career aspirations, DevOps, CICD etc.

Interview
Interview process had multiple rounds for the position of Product Manager. All the questions showed the scale of work.
Liked the interview rounds especially the product tech round.
I declined due to the salary package, otherwise the interview process was impressive.
One improvement could be that the interviewer should also turn on the video to make it a comfortable discussion.
