I was contacted by a recruiter the day my company did layoffs, only to realize they were fishing for info about said layoffs. They came back a month later wanting to interview me for a position but couldn’t tell me what the position was or what the pay was. Figured out within ten minutes of the first interview they wanted a management/strategy consultant, but what they’re really looking for is a program manager. They’re not strategic thinkers in this business they’re focused on technology and they’re cocky. Had two interviews that couldn’t have been more disjointed. First one was fine, but kept asking me things that were answered on my resume and same for the second interview. Got rejected over a message instead of having the courtesy to call after stringing me along for two plus months. Also I asked the interviewer what he liked about working at neudesic and if the benefits are good and he said “the benefits are meh and so is the company”. I would avoid this place.
