Question 1
Why do I want to work with such difficult patients.
I applied online. I interviewed at NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals (Greenwood, IN) in Apr 2026
Interview
Interview process was fairly smooth. Got a text to schedule phone interview; after that, I got invited for an on site interview. During the interview I got a quick run down on the day to day job duties. Only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t get any type of tour of the facility or shadow opportunity w/ a nurse to see if I would truly fit. Just something I think should be considered being that psych is a field where you either like it or you don’t.
