I had a skype interview and it only lasted about 20 minutes, it was only a 30 min. window the hiring manager had me blocked for. It was very relaxed, the interviewer didn't even ask me any interview questions! it was more of a conversation about my past work experiences, additional information about the position and company and she asked what my PRN rate was that I would like. I did my research prior to my interview so I gave a median PRN rate for my region, so be very prepared with that, but it was not a discussion, she only asked and then concluded the interview. I ended up declining the offer because the rate they offered me was about 35% lower then the range amount I gave them and they only needed an additional PRN person to cover when someone was sick.
