The interview process was somewhat smooth. The team is very nice but the HR is not versed with H1b H1B visa process. He lied to me at the start of the interview about agreeing to sponsor and when I cleared the interview he said he can't hire and gave all the false reasons. If he dint wanted to hire a visa candidate then why lie at the start of the interview and conduct the interview for the whole month. The HR made no effort at all to contact the company attorney and get proper details about the process. He did live under his own assumptions.
