My interview experience with your team has been really well, they touched points on many of my questions before I even asked them and when I did ask questions they got right to the point and made sure they gave the information that I was searching for or tried to help give a general knowledge for my questions, and they were very friendly and kept the interview light and a lot less stressful then interviews are often portrayed as.
Phone interview with recruiter, then a video interview with the management team, followed by an account manager video interview. Fairly straightforward and answered all questions. I felt like this was a conversation and not an interview where I was being grilled with questions.

Dear Reviewer,
We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our firm as we strive to ensure that everyone has a positive experience with us. We will definitely dive into what exactly occurred here to make you feel as if you were not properly interviewed. However, we would also like to mention that it seems there may have been some miscommunication here. We do conduct three rounds of interviews. The first interview is a basic meet and greet it typically takes about ten minutes and the purpose is to get to know you and see if it is a good fit for both sides. The first interview is not meant to be super in-depth or thorough. We are sorry that this was not made clear and we will definitely dive into what exactly occurred in this instance. We appreciate the feedback as it allows us to address this matter. Thank you.
