      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at New America in Mar 2017

      Interview

I first applied online through their careers page and had a friend refer me. I had one phone interview where the interviewer was fairly casual and friendly that seemed to go well. I then had a second phone interview that was with an entire board room of people which was must more formal and difficult. The interviewers asked many questions, moving from average to difficult. They didn't contact me until months later to tell me I'd been rejected.
