The interview process consisted of a 15 minute video screening followed by a phone call with questions about previous real estate experience. The interviewer was personable and asked about how to work with hesistant buyers.

The interview process went great. I was first contacted by a recruiter. There were three interviews in total and the last one was in person. A lot of questions were around getting to know me and how my past experiences could contribute to this role.

Brief. Met rep who gave brief description of company. Asked me about myself. Why I am interested and what experience in new home sales. Process seems lengthy and may be looking for someone who has direct experience in new homes sales centers.
