The process took 3 months. I interviewed at New Relic
Interview
The interview process dragged on for months and it seemed like communication was breaking down internally. The interview was not very technical at all but somehow they drew the conclusion that I lacked the technical skills required for the role. Their products seem really interesting and the office space was really nice, but I overall was not impressed with the interview process. It was disorganized and the people involved appeared disinterested.
