Quick screening call to check english level and personality, after that some quick interviews with some key roles (site director), offline test (1 week to resolve it), personal interview (~3 hs with some key members of the team) and finally a chat with the decision.

The process was pretty smooth. Was able to get an interview with the hiring manager. Thought it went well but I did not get an offer! I answered all the questions from the hiring manager well (I thought).

A fairly standard multi-round talking interview process. No deeply technical interviews for this management role, but lots of discussion about how to approach common management problems. I spent time with engineers, product folks, peer managers, and peers of the hiring manager.
