I was head hunted by a New Relic recruiter and got my interest sparked by the quality of the approach. The recruitment process has been quick but intense, consisting of both remote and onsite interviews. Part of the interview process was to produce a presentation highlighting the future contribution to the New Relic business and growth. The support from the recruiter was top notch, I have rarely had such a good experience while being recruited. My only suggestion is to extend the duration of the individual interviews beyond the planned 30 minutes, I believe it would allow a better qualification of the opportunity from both sides.
