My interview process was fantastic. I met New Relic at a meetup hosted by them and engaged with a few different recruiters, who became my points of contact during the interview process. The day after the meetup, the recruiters reached out and asked if I would like to continue the conversation and start a formal interview process. Things moved rather quickly from here. I met with 3 SDR Managers and the Director of SDRs for a 2 hour interview onsite, and then met with my would-be manager over Blue Jeans. I was given a verbal offer after those interviews, and was given the formal offer a few days later.
Overall, the process was extremely well executed, organized, and welcoming. The recruiting team kept me in the loop and was highly communicative throughout the process, and the interview panel was engaging, genuine and transparent.
