Recruiter reached out for a 30 minute screen, which included some basic questions about experience, working style, and management approach. Friendly, prompt, and approachable. Next step was a brief Meet & Greet with the hiring manager, which was presented as a low-key conversation over tea about experience and dug into specific challenges and resolutions thereof. Follow-up was within 24 hours to indicate willingness to proceed, and then scheduling shortly thereafter. I was provided names of each of the interviewers, which I very much appreciated as it gave me the opportunity to do background research on the interview team before the in-person. In-person interview was a ~5 hour affair, comprised of 45-60 minute sessions with direct reports, peers, hiring manager, and recruiter. No "panel" interviews, and a maximum of two interviewers at any given time. Interviewers were clearly prepped, and had specific agenda items that they wished to cover. I was given 5-15 minutes at the tail end by each interview group to ask questions I might have, though the interviews were set up in such a way that I had an opportunity to cover some of my questions in conversation over interviewer questions.
