I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at New Relic (Dublin, Dublin) in Dec 2017
Interview
I had 3 phone interviews and a 2 hours in person interview with 6 different people and a 15 minutes presentation.
First interview was with the company's recruiter, second with the hiring manager, third with one of the account executive's manager and the last in person one with hiring manager, sales excellent director, VP of Sales, 2 future team mates and account executive manager. 2 people at a time.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at New Relic (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2021
Interview
The interview process spanned over 4 weeks. Initially was contacted by a recruiter and decided to take into my own hands. Sent out a cold email to the VP of sales. That went great, and initiated interview to be setup. Thereafter I interviewed with the SDR manager, that too went well. I was then assigned a project to be completed and then schedule a final interview. There was an apparent turnover in management the week of my interview. This manager was brand new to the company, very knowledgeable and role played cold calling a product unrelated to the company. Hard sell but was told I would hear back from someone. It’s been over a week and I’ve sent multiple emails out.

How would you define an efficient SDR in your own words.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at New Relic (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2021
Interview
Organised a Recruiter interview, the process took 30 minutes conversation went well and was told he would be passing my details on to go forward to the next round.
Waited for an email, it never came through so I emailed for a follow up to which I got no response.
Job Seekers take hours every day applying to the right jobs, doing interviews etc, it should be common courtesy to let someone know the outcome. If I am not what you are looking for now, that's fine but maybe I will be in 2 or 3 years?
This doesn't reflect well on New Relic as a company and is quite disheartening for people putting the time in to prepare for interviews.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at New Relic (Dublin, Dublin) in Nov 2019
Interview
Rescheduled the interview 3 times until I had found another job. I was genuinely interested but I do wish not to be stood up without notice 2 times. Rescheduling interview due to illness or any other reason is totally fine but scheduling a video call getting stood up, the applicant reaches out and then this happens again, is disappointing! As an applicant you must not miss an interview without cancellation or a sending a message, so I do think this applies to companies too nowadays!
