Signed on as a summer intern. A Senior Role opened up and was encouraged to apply for that as well. Initial phone screen and then 2 weeks later was in person interview with 4 people (30 min each).

Quick, informal, and to the point. Screening interview, followed by 3 more interviews, all in the space of a number of days. Relaxed process concentrating on my past experience and how that was relevant to the role. Included a case study.
