Great interview process! The hiring managers were engaged in my recruitment, making sure I was comfortable with the role and company. The day long interview featured sessions with a variety of cross-functional future coworkers, who gave me a broad perspective of the organization's culture and way of working, and giving me an opportunity to be evaluated from a variety of perspectives.

Describe a time when your team faced a complex technical challenge, and how that challenged you as a PM?
Wasted my time as it was a principal pm role and the hiring manager mentioned it would be an instead for a senior PM. Also the quality of the current team seemed sub par on LinkedIn. The entire process was mismanaged.
After being contacted, I initially had a call with the Recruiter, followed by a subsequent interview with a Senior Project Manager. Unfortunately, the interviews were poorly prepared, and the entire process left a bad impression.
The discussions lacked depth. Despite my efforts to engage and show interest, the interactions felt disorganized and unstructured.
Despite actively reaching out to the Recruiter for feedback, I received no response or explanation for the outcome of my interviews.
Overall, the experience was disappointing and does not reflect well on their recruitment process.
