I had an interview with two employees - one of them was a team lead and the other one was his manager. It was horrible. One of them got mad at me because i was working at a big corporate, so i was not aware of how to work in a startup environment (he got to this conclusion by himself, should i apologize to him that i worked at a certain company? LOL). Also - he was mad that i am not a hard core fan of New Relic. Horrible experience.

As a fresher, the first round of interview consited of an online coding test which had mcq's based on computer fundamental subjects such as OOP's , DBMS, OS and the had asked aptitude questions as well. They also had asked couple of coding questions one easy and another medium level. Threy had even asked SQL queries
3 rounds and hr round . Need to write first round to qualify for others. Mcq and 2 coding question and interview. Project discussion with hr round and sql questions where asked.
