It takes forever!!
After 3 phone interviews which takes weeks to get through you may get chosen to have a 5-6 hour in person interview. The interviewers all dress super casual and seem to take offense to you dressing nice for the interview. I was specifically told that I may scare or intimidate the interviewers because I had dressed up for the interviewer. Would you really I rather just come in my sweatpants?
The interview consists of a new person coming into the room to ask you the exact same questions every half hour. No, seriously the exact same questions. I was told they do this because they are all trying to discern something different from the answer. Honestly it felt like a complete waste of time. Why didn't these people confer prior and see what they were going to ask or what they needed to know instead of 5 hours of the exact same question over and over again?
Overall this experience sucks because it takes forever to get through. While I understand that New Relic wants to find a good fit for their company - I think 5 weeks is a little excessive for a tech support position.

Started with screening call. Then interviews with hiring managers. Fair, asked good questions. Good people. I thought they were thorough but not overly aggressive. All well done by their team overall.
