One of my favorite interview processes that I've had - They were upfront about the full interview process and timelines, and stuck to or exceeded their timelines for each step of the interview process. I enjoyed meeting the full team, the manager, and getting a good understanding of the role and duties I'd be performing as an analyst. The questions they asked made me feel like the team was excited about their day to day jobs and looking for teammates that would fit in well with the existing team.

First step was a 30 minute phone screen with a recruiter from New Relic. Then, less than a week later, was a 30 minute Zoom interview with the hiring manager. The final round consisted of 3 interviews. The first was an interview with the other members on the hiring team and it was an hour long. It was very conversational and I was glad that I came prepared with tons of questions and talking points. The next was 45 minutes and was with a Senior data scientist. The last interview was 45 minutes and was with the hiring manager again - it was less of an interview and more of a chance to have any final questions about the role/company answered. Overall my interview experience was great. Everybody that I spoke with was very authentic and all of the conversations were interesting.
