New Roots Institute Program Coordinator interview questions

There was a timed work test that involved writing and recording yourself answering questions and then 3 rounds of video interviews. The final interview was a 2-hour long inquisition into your work history, line by line. There was a lot of focus on self-awareness of "ego" and fitting their company culture. There was no assurance that leadership and HR had structures in place to protect the well-being of or be accepting of the diversity of the staff in turn.
