Pretty straightforward process. Multiple steps, to make sure you are a good fit but nothing difficult. No technical tasks. In person experience of seeing day to day was pretty cool
One on one call with team members, multiple interviews. The interview questions were more work ethic principal based rather than skill sets needed before the role begins. Encouraging environment and positive feedback.
the interview process was straightforward, 3 rounds, first one was with recruiter, second one with manager, and the last one ride along to go into the office. the whole process is fast and easy.
